We here at Darco Direct are committed to providing quality care throughout the entire ordering process from warehouse to customer, if the item you received does not fit you or is not what you expected we will happily accept it back and get you the item you need.

Return Policy

Requirements for returns and exchanges:

  • The product must be unused, unworn (except for trying it on), and must include all original packaging, labeling, and parts.
  • To be eligible for a return, please test your footwear on a soft surface while wearing socks. Shoes that are scuffed or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
  • For POGO, DUO™Pro Wound Care Shoe + PegAssist™ Products: all products must have the original, unmodified insole with all pegs in place to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • For POGO: shoelaces (bungee and traditional) must be in their original condition and not cut or modified in any way to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please note, we will refund the full product cost and applicable sales tax, but unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs from your original order.
  • If you wish to return the product using our online return process, a free return label will be provided for you; however, you are welcome to purchase your own return label from secondary source.
  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your order ship date.
  • If we receive an item which is ineligible for a refund per the policies listed above, we will not be able to send the item back to you.
  • We generally process returns and exchanges within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. Please allow up to ten business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method.
  • In order to exchange or return more than one item, you will need to go through the process of answering the return / exchange questions for each item separately. This will then take you on to the next phase of the process to return or exchange your item(s) as normal.

Receiving Your Return Refund: Your order will be refunded only after your return has been received and is deemed to be in unused and unworn condition with original packaging, labeling, parts, unmodified insole and shoelaces (if applicable).

Receiving Your Exchange: Your exchange will be mailed out only after your original item has been received and is deemed to be in unused and unworn condition with original packaging, labeling, parts, unmodified insole and shoelaces (if applicable).

Warranty

All orders placed on DARCODirect.com automatically qualify for free ground shipping. If you'd like expedited shipping, those options will be available to you during the checkout process, including:

  • Free Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • UPS 2nd day air (2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

Keep in mind:

  • Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped
  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) on orders placed before 2:00 PM EST
