Thank you for your question. For a US Men's 13, we recommend visiting our MedSurg Post Op Shoes and Accessories page (https://darcodirect.com/product/medsurg-post-op-shoe/). On this page, you will see the MedSurg shoe and the PTQ PegAssist insole accessory. The Men's XL shoe and insole combination can accommodate up to US Men's 14, which should be appropriate sizing in this case.
This insole must be worn in this shoe. It will not be compatible with regular street shoes.
This PQ PegAssist insole can only accommodate sizing up to US Men's 12.5
